Frequently asked questions
Why do I see this bag on other sites?
Because it works — the jelly tote blew up online and plenty of shops now copy the photos and videos. The easy way to spot the original: check the tags. We credit the real creators and customers featured on our site, and most of them tag us back. Real creators, real customers, real community.
Is the Sinyara Jelly Tote waterproof?
Yes. It's made from premium TPU, a tough waterproof material built for everyday use. Caught in the rain or spending the day at the beach — your bag and everything in it stays protected, and still looks great.
Why does the color look different in some photos?
It's the lighting. In sunlight the jelly finish looks more translucent and vivid; indoors it turns a little softer and warmer. Same bag, same color — just a different mood.
Does it really fit a laptop?
It does. The Sinyara Jelly Tote is roomy enough for your daily essentials — phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, a water bottle — plus a 14-inch laptop. Work, gym or weekend, it carries it all.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 48h with tracking on every parcel. Delivery usually takes 8–12 business days depending on your country.
Is the material durable?
Yes. We tested several materials before choosing premium TPU: waterproof, flexible, easy to wipe clean, and made to keep its signature shape through everyday use.
Can I return my order?
Of course — you have 14 days to change your mind. If it's not love at first sight, send it back for a full refund, no questions asked. Easy, hassle-free returns on every order.
